Early Career
Daniel Nikic's early career built expertise in investment research, financial modeling, market intelligence, and strategy across multiple industries. At HB Reavis, he contributed to real estate developments valued at more than €500M, supporting financial modeling, investment proposals, leasing strategies, and financial reporting. He later worked on AI-focused initiatives Zursh and joined Azafran Capital Partners, where he researched venture capital and AI markets, developed financial models, supported investment committees, and contributed to due diligence and portfolio analysis. During this period, he also co-founded FrontierCover, an investment research platform focused on the MENA region. These experiences laid the foundation for his later work at Cohres, where he combines structured research, commercial due diligence, market intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows to support investors and decision-makers globally.
